Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred as a result of you choosing a different type of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery option that we offer), without delay and within 14 days at the latest from the date on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will make the refund via the same payment method that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; you will not be charged any fees in connection with this refund. We may refuse to issue the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, depending on which occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. This period is considered to have been complied with if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. We will bear the costs of returning the goods. You must only pay compensation for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is caused by handling of the goods that was not required in order to check the condition, properties, and function of the goods.
